noctr is designed to minimise personal data collection.

Location is optional. Users may browse without sharing location. If location is used, it supports app functionality such as sorting nearby places.

noctr does not require user accounts for the beta, does not provide user-to-user messaging, and does not sell personal data.

Purchases, if enabled, are handled through Apple and subscription infrastructure. Payment card details are not collected by noctr.

Basic diagnostics may be used to keep the app stable and improve performance.
